Returns and Exchanges
Ok, something went wrong. Maybe you clicked 'Buy' during a boring call, maybe the size isn't quite as good as your PM estimated, or maybe our QA glitched. It happens. Let's see how to fix it without opening too many tickets.
You have 14 days from the time you receive your order to change your mind on non-customized products, according to current regulations. The procedures change slightly if the problem is our error (defective/wrong product) or if you have simply changed your mind/wrong size.
Have You 'Committed' to the Wrong Purchase? (Right of Withdrawal)
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, intact , possibly with original labels (if present) and in its original packaging.
You must inform us of your intention to withdraw within 14 days by contacting us here specifying the order number and the products you wish to return.
Once we receive and verify your return (make sure it is trackable!), we will refund the cost of the product (excluding original shipping costs, if applicable) within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Our Fault? (Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product)
If the product you received has a printing defect, is damaged, or is not what you ordered (wrong color/size/design due to our error), contact us immediately (and in any case within 14 days of receipt) via the contact form.
Please include your order number and, crucially, clear photos of the problem (defect, incorrect size label, wrong product next to packing slip, etc.). We need the photos to verify the error and follow up with our printing partner.
After verifying the problem, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund , as applicable and subject to availability. In most cases of our error, you will not need to return the defective product . Of course, if it is our error, you will not incur any additional costs.
Did You Fill Out... the Size Wrong? (Changes)
Since each product is printed specifically for you on demand (we do not have stock), we cannot offer direct exchanges if you simply ordered the wrong size or color.
If you have ordered the wrong size/color and you fall within the terms of the Right of Withdrawal (see above), you can return the product to us (at your expense) for a refund and then, if you wish, place a new order with the correct size/color.

When Does Cashback Arrive? (Refund Info)
Refunds for approved returns (right of withdrawal or our error) are usually processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the return (if requested) or approval of the case. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
